Reference from his past employers and landlords
The Tenant's Business Background
Whether he owns a business or is a corporate employee
The Tenant's Military Records
If he is now serving or has been released honorably from military service.
The Tenant's Medical History
Are there any evidences of drugs, alcoholism or serious medical complications? If he has ever been wounded while working and collected worker's compensation for it.
