Agreement House Lease Rental

The agreement house lease rental between the landlord and the tenant should include the following topics:

Premises: It must enclose the full address of the property that is being rented to the tenant by the landlord.

Term: the starting date and ending date of the agreement house lease rental have to be mentioned. The tenure of the agreement house lease rental is the period for which the property is being rented.

Rent: the amount of rent to be paid, the way in which it is paid and the due date for payment have to be mentioned. Fines for late payment of rent are also mentioned here. Rent is regularly paid at the beginning of the subsequent month.

Security Deposit: Once the agreement house lease rental is signed, the tenant has to pay as deposit, a sum of money termed as security deposit. This is paid as security for default of rent and for repairs to be done prior to renting.

Maintenance and Repair: If the tenant or someone the tenants knows is responsible for damaging the unit, the tenant is responsible for the repair. Otherwise, the landlord is responsible.

Utilities: the tenant is responsible for arrangement and compensation of all utilities, except those specifically given by the landlord. All these specifications have to be stated in the agreement house lease rental.

Surrender of Premises: At the ending of the lease, tenant shall give up the residence in a good condition, as it was at the initiation of the agreement house lease rental, apart from reasonable wear and tear.
